About

This 7-day yoga program is designed to help you improve your overall flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. Each day focuses on different aspects of yoga practice, including warm-up poses, standing poses, backbends, inversions, hip openers, and restorative poses. The program begins with basic poses and gradually advances to more challenging ones. Sun Salutations are included on the first and last days to warm up the body and get it ready for the practice. Warrior I and Triangle Pose are great for building strength in your legs and hips, while Downward-Facing Dog and Child's Pose help to release tension in your back and neck.
